Pat has more than 20 years of experience in the human resource outsourcing industry. Before joining Asure Software, he was president and CEO of Fidelity Investment's HR Services Division; president and CEO of Advantec; and executive vice president at Ceridian, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, operations and business development in the United States. Pat is a frequent industry speaker and serves on the boards of Allover Media, SafeGuard World International. He also serves as the CEO of APPD Investments.
David joined Asure Software as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2010. Before joining the team at Asure, David was a senior director of finance at Fidelity Investments, where he spent the last 12 years in various accounting and finance roles. From 2004 to 2009, David worked with Fidelity's Human Resource Services division managing up to $250M of Operations expenses supporting Fidelity's HR outsourcing business including the administration of payroll, human resources, talent management, time and attendance, and health and insurance. David holds a MS in Finance from Boston College and a BS in Finance from Bentley University.
Before joining Asure Software, Steven served as a Principal for HCS, a consulting company he founded. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President and Officer at Perquest, a National Workforce Management Company dedicated to providing innovative technology and superior Client Services. Previously, Steven served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Sales Operations at Ceridian Corporation, a global human resource services company. Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
