Court Confirms Markman Hearing Date for '672 Patent Infringement Case

("CLI"), today announced that the Court confirmed a Markman hearing on claim construction for March 9, 2006, in CLI's patent infringement case involving United States Patent No. 4,698,672 (the '672 Patent) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
