Court Confirms Markman Hearing Date for '672 Patent Infringement Case
AUSTIN, TX, Feb 28, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- Forgent Networks (NASDAQ: FORG) along with its wholly owned subsidiary, Compression Labs, Inc. ("CLI"), today announced that the Court confirmed a Markman hearing on claim construction for March 9, 2006, in CLI's patent infringement case involving United States Patent No. 4,698,672 (the '672 Patent) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

(NYSE: GTW), Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE: HPQ), International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM), JVC Americas Corporation, Kyocera Wireless Corporation, Matsushita Electric Corporation of America, Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT), Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America, Incorporated, PalmOne, Inc.
